Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your favourite healthy snacks quickly, safely, and affordably to your doorstep — wherever you are in India. Here's everything you need to know about how shipping and delivery works at The Flavour Farm.
📍 Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
International delivery is not available at the moment.
🚛 Our Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped via Delhivery, one of India’s most trusted logistics companies.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link via SMS and email
- Regular updates until the product is delivered
⏱️ Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
🗓️ Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–7 working days
Note: These timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to:
- Logistics issues
- Festive season rush
- Weather conditions
- Remote locations
We appreciate your patience in such cases.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout (₹49 or as per system calculation)
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most pin codes.
- COD orders incur an additional fee of ₹40, which will be added at checkout.
- We may call to confirm high-value COD orders before dispatch.
📦 Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If an order is:
- Undeliverable due to incorrect address or phone number
- Refused by the customer at the time of delivery
- Not collected within courier hold period
...it will be returned to us. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting round-trip courier costs.
⚠️ Shipping Restrictions & Delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed or restricted due to:
- Remote or unserviceable pin codes
- Local lockdowns or natural events
- High-load seasons like Diwali, Holi, etc.
We try our best to keep you informed of any such delays in real-time.
