At The Flavour Farm, we’re committed to delivering your favorite healthy snacks as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping process and policies below:

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 working days

  • Remote/Interior areas: 6–9 working days
    Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals, sales, or bad weather.

🚀 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499: a flat ₹49 shipping charge will be applied.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an extra COD handling fee.

📍 Delivery Partners

We use trusted and reliable delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

🔁 Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link on your email and WhatsApp/SMS once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your package live from dispatch to delivery.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities or extreme weather

  • Transport strikes or courier partner delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, feel free to contact our support team — we’re here to help!

🛑 Incorrect Address / Non-Acceptance

If the courier is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer not available or refused delivery
    We will contact you for re-shipping. Additional charges may apply.

📦 Packaging

All products are packed in high-quality, food-grade pouches or boxes to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.
